TONO distributes €7.42 million to sister societies

In September, TONO distributed a total of €20.2 million to rights holders, at home and abroad. This distribution represents our third of the year.

On Friday 11 October 2024, TONO distributed € 7.42 million to sister societies across the globe.

For the first time, we’ve included cinema rights in the September distribution. Previously, these were only settled in June, but going forward, cinemas will be settled quarterly. This is a development we hope will benefit composers and songwriters working in the film industry.
